Shahanna McKinney Baldon, Co-Principal Investigator

Shahanna McKinney-Baldon is an Evaluator and Clinical Program Mentor at Wisconsin Center for Education Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is also a longtime national thought leader on racial and ethnic diversity in the American Jewish community. Shahanna has led local, regional, and national racial equity work. She has held leadership roles with public education and Jewish community organizations, including serving in Chief Diversity Officer roles with large education organizations. She has also held leadership roles with community-based organizations including Jewish Multiracial Network, The Alliance for Black Jews, Edot Midwest, Tiyuv JOC-led Evaluation, and others. She sits on the Board of Reconstructing Judaism.
